Assessment reports can be divided into two categories:
Student Report
After an assessment is completed, a Student Report will be generated showing his/her performance in each item and his/her overall performance. For each item answered incorrectly, the report will show the possible problem leading to that wrong answer.
Class Report
This report is in the form of a table consisting mainly of students' answers. Each row of the table records one student's answers. The students are arranged in an increasing order of achievements so that the teacher may easily identify the weaker students. Each item occupies one column in the table. The items are sorted in a descending order of difficulty so that the teacher can easily find out what items are poorly answered. In the table, a green cell indicates a correct answer, a colourless cell indicates otherwise.
There are many interactive elements in the report.
If a question number is clicked, the questions of the assessment will appear.
If the button 'Number of students answering an item correctly' is clicked, the report will show the proportion of students giving each answer.
If button 'Name of Student' is clicked, students will be sorted in their class numbers.
If the button 'Item Number' is clicked, the items will be sorted in ascending order of item numbers.
If the button 'Expand All' is clicked, the answers of all the students will be shown.
If the button 'Save' is clicked, the contents will be saved in an excel file.
